Indiana House of Representiatives passes 'right to work' law
Indiana, where about 10 percent of the workforce are members of a union, is the 23rd state to pass a so-called right to work law. The law effectively bans employment contracts that require workers to pay union dues as a condition of employment. Indiana To Adopt 'Right-To-Work' Measure
The Indiana legislature looks certain to pass controversial "right-to work" legislation. Democrats in the state House have been trying to block the measure. The vote makes it all but certain that Indiana will become the first state to pass right-to-work legislation in a decade. Brandon Smith of Indiana Public Broadcasting reports.
